Main achievements as Art Director
Headed product design for 4 products and 2 services.

UI are under NDA
I created a UI UX strategy and roadmap for each product to implement this strategy. It consisted of 13 areas of work. In total, it affected 46 separate processes, each of which improved the quality of the company’s products in its own way.

The following shows some of these processes. Each product received a certain % of product strategy maturity, which made it possible to compare them with each other at different stages.

Organizational structure

A design system has been created taking into account the specifics of the cybersecurity
It fully uses the original MTS Design system, but introduces many more complex B2B components (dashboards, graphs, tables, etc.). She is under NDA. A separate team has been allocated for Design System .

The flow of product and UX research and A/B tests has been established. We conduct them once every 1-3 months.
When creating a development roadmap, each new product takes into account the results of competitive, CustDev, marketing and product research, as well as feedback from customers based on the results of the pilot. This greatly increases the chances of a successful product entering the market.

Key metrics and SUM metrics are defined for each product. Product teams have learned to influence them positively.
For example, in the first test the SUM was 56%, and in the fourth it increased to 79%.

For most products, CJM and user roles have been created, their problems have been clarified, as well as user scenarios and use cases.
Details of this information are under the NDA, as are most of the advances in products. But, so that you don’t get bored, take a look at our communication video cutaway shot.

UX writing guides have been created and used. The editorial policy was in the process of creation. Since Cybersecurity contains a lot of specific terms, we decided that we would precisely regulate their correct use.
Useful SCRAM rituals and product stages have been introduced into the teams. For example: Inter-team presentations, earlier sprint planning, discovery, grooming, retro, etc.

Tasks are prepared by analysts using a single requirements template and accepted by designers. Tasks, depending on the context, contain a User Story, problems of a specific role, Use Case, User Flow, Definition of Ready, and examples of analogues.
For each task a Design Review is carried out.

The following specific processes have been implemented in some products:
- Continuous Improvement Process for a specific function
- Global Hypothesis Testing Process

Introduced into the company a unique metric of high quality from the parent company MTS. It's called the Pyramid of Highness, and it allows teams to focus on more important aspects of the product.

The product should be Useful, Stable, Convenient and clear, Beautiful and ccessible, Emotional - in that order.
A hypothetical example of the correctness of this order: One team really wanted to do a visual rebranding of the company’s product and communication design (Emotional level) at a time when they had not worked out the very first level - Utility. As a result, the product was disbanded, and the rebranding efforts were no longer needed.

The images from above are taken from the official MTS TG channel.
I carefully selected the designers for each product, taking into account the Soft and Hard skills that the teams needed. I managed a large number of designers in several product portfolios. In addition to Product and Communication Designers, I recruited and worked with more specialized specialists: UX editors, UX researchers, CX designers, Design System Designers, AI Designers, Design Managers, Design Producers, Design Leads, Art Directors.
A separate team is engaged in the creation and support of the UI Framework in code.
