In about 5 years of my work in the company, its income increased by 582%. In many ways, this was achieved thanks to the workflow that I built within the design team.

Initially, the company had only one interface designer (it was me). It soon became clear that for large-scale growth and an increase in work efficiency, it is necessary to increase the team, divide it into specific areas of responsibility and improve the product, focusing on user needs.
This is where my work began, not just as an interface designer, but also as a team leader, and partly as a product designer. I conducted interviews to find valuable design personnel.


Starting in 2019, I also began to lead the creation of landing pages for promotions (Black Friday, New Year, February 23). During these promotions, the company received 2-3 times more income (the income graph by years is higher).
My most successful suggestion was to have an early black Friday before the regular black Friday. The landing page warmed up customers and converted them into sales so well that the sales team had to hire additional staff to process the customers.
